It is close to the main shopping area, Parks, Clubs and restaurants. The main boat ramp is just minutes down the road where you can launch your boat.
I love my home best at the end of the day where you can just chill out on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the wild life. Staying in and watching Movies on the big flat TV is also a favourite, especially when the weather is cold.
